About CTBC
Cornerstone Trinity Baptist Church is located in San Francisco in the Miraloma Park
neighborhood, south of Twin Peaks. The church has about 75 committed members with
attendance ranging from 120- 150 congregants, including children and youth. The church
has one another campus, CTX Church. The church holds worship services for adults,
youth, and children and holds weekly small groups. The congregation is multigenerational
with individuals retired, single, married, and with children. Most congregants are native to
San Francisco Bay area and commute from neighborhoods in San Francisco and from the
Peninsula.
Leadership
CTBC is elder and pastor led, and they lead as a team.
The Associate Pastor Position
The Associate Pastor will oversee youth students and youth leaders, while assisting the
senior pastor in directed duties, including but not limited to preaching at the adult service,
preaching at the CTX campus, and other pastoral care duties. CTBC seeks an individual
committed to the word of God and a heart for missional practices. Formal seminary
education is preferred; however all ministry experience and forms of education will be
considered.

CTBC is associated with the North American Baptist Conference of Churches, otherwise
known as NAB.
